2 Ingriedient Nutella Cake

Hey Everyone,

I love Nutella! You can eat it with so many things, like on bread, with fruit or with icecream. I saw this recipe on internet, and I just had to try it. You only need two ingriedients!  Eggs and Nutella! It's super simple and delicious!

What you'll need:
- 2 eggs
- 120g Nutella

Take the double amount of this if you want more, because this is not much, I just wanted to try it out.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Beat the eggs with a mixer for about 5 to 7 minutes. Then put the Nutella in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to warm up.
Slowly mix these two together, till you get a thick mixture.

Put the mixture in a cake tin, don't forget to butter the tin, so the cake will be easier to get out. Let the cake bake for about 20 to 30 minutes. When it's baked, let it cool and then cut it in pieces or just leave it like that, but I advice you to turn the cake around, because you'll get a beautiful shiny flat look.

Serving Tips: 
- With ice cream
- Put chopped hazelnuts in the mixture
- Smear the top with Nutella and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts
- Sprinkle some powdered sugar on the cake
- Put chocolate chips in the mixture
- When you make a bigger version of this cake you can cut it in half and put whipped cream in it.

I just pinced the cake with a fork a few times because you need to check if the cake is baked on every side.
